1. Is this legit?
Answer: This is always the number one question we receive and the answer is an absolute YES! We abide by the law in every dynamic. We adhere to very strict guidelines that are congruent with the legislation that was originally passed in 2005 and amended in 2011.
2. Can anyone be deregistered?
Answer: No. The guidelines and criteria are specific as to who may deregister. In some circumstances there are possibilities, it just requires more research.
3. How do you all do it, how do you get someone deregistered?
Answer: Again, we adhere to the guidelines that are set by the state of Texas and in doing so, it allows some sex offenders the ability to deregister.
4. Do you guarantee the outcome?
Answer: No. Our Attorneys cannot guarantee the outcome of any proceeding per rule 1.04(e) Rules of Professional Conduct.
5. Are you a law firm?
Answer: No. We are a professional court document preparation company that has a network of attorneys throughout the United States. Our attorneys are in good standing with the state and are certified.
6. How did you get my information?
Answer: All sex offenders in every state appear on their state's Sex Offender Registry.
7. My probation officer said I could never get off the registry, how can you all say I have a chance?
Answer: Your probation officer may not be aware of the legislation and how it may actually benefit you. Your probation officer does not determine the outcome of your case, the courts make that determination.
